We'll shoot at the hotel or a nearby location during conference week. Sit-down interviews on a real backdrop, cinematic B-roll, polished headshots, or a hybrid of all of it. Raw footage delivered within 5 business days of the conference, edited videos within 10. Every edited video comes in both horizontal and vertical 9:16 with burned-in captions for Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Note: I'm not allowed to film inside Influence sessions themselves (venue rules). Everything below is shot outside the conference proper, on schedule with you.

60 min, cinematic movement shots. Walking, hands typing, networking moments, hotel-lobby ambient. The cutaways every reel needs.
60 min. Headshots + speaker-environment lifestyle. The website + speaker-page assets you've been meaning to refresh.
Single block. Photo session and B-roll same setup, same outfit, same backdrop. Both deliverables, bundled.

I've spent 20+ years behind the camera and the last decade focused on one thing: making speakers look as good on screen as they are on stage. I shoot with a 5-camera, 6K setup that travels carry-on, and I edit everything myself, so the person you talk to is the person who shows up and the person who cuts your reel.
